18th Annual Mesa Police Aviation Safety Fly-In and FAA Helicopter Safety Seminar

Safety briefings from HAl and the NTSB, followed by a drone discussion and industry information booths.

Brief Description:
This year, the Mesa Police Aviation Section has partnered with the FAA Safety Team and Helicopter Association International to provide free safety training, in addition to an opportunity to connect with fellow aviators. A great opportunity to share best practices and learn strategies for mitigating risk. You can also visit the onsite industry booths.

HAI will present an HAI/USHST (U.S. Helicopter Safety Team) Industry Safety Update.

The NTSB will present a recent accident case study.

Also, John Nunes will present on UAS/Drones Safe Operation in the National Airspace System and coexisting with rotorcraft.

Seating is limited; YOU MUST REGISTER ON FAASAFETY.GOV BY MARCH 13 so that we have an accurate headcount for catering!
