 am out-briefing in the Airport Terminal Building.\n\n\nRunway incursions ar
 e a major factor in aviation safety. While many things have been done to re
 duce the accident rate in General Aviation and the Air Carrier Industry, bo
 th sides of the aviation house are still experiencing far too many runway i
 ncursions. This could be the result of "Read back - Hear back" issues, poor
  airport signage, pilot inattention/knowledge or a combination of factors.\
 n\n\nRunway safety is a major concern for all pilots and if you have been a
 round aviation for a long period of time you have probably seen some close 
 calls on the runways and taxiways, or even been involved in some yourself.\
 n\n\nCome learn about the Scottsdale Airport and what the Local Runway Safe
 ty Action Team (LRSAT) has to say about the airfield. Come and give your in
 put to the Team so they can work on improving the airport for all who fly t
