 6 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) in cooperation with the Ci
 ty of Sierra Vista Department of Public Works. Children, ages 8 through 17,
  are eligible for one free flight in a certificated airplane flown by a cer
 tificated pilot. Over 4,400 children have fiown with Sierra Vista EAA Young
  Eagle pilots to date. All flights adhere to strict safety guidelines and c
 omply with insurance policy provisions and other regulations. Each child mu
 st have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian to become a Youn
