 amp; Aviation Expo has been a great place to see a diverse blend of aircraf
 t in action, attend informative workshops and check out the latest, greates
 t aviation products. In its 42nd year, this year’s fly-in — scheduled for T
 hurs, Oct. 23rd, 2014 - Sat, Oct. 25th, 2014 at the Casa Grande Municipal A
 irport in Casa Grande, Ariz. — promises to be no exception.\n\n\nOver the y
 ears, COPPERSTATE has grown exponentially, attracting about 500 aircraft an
 d 5,000 attendees per year representing 10 countries and 40 U.S. states.\n\
 n\nAttendees particularly enjoy the wide variety of aircraft on the ground 
 and in the air — from ultralights, to WWII fighter jets, to “micro-jets” an
 d much more. And, we receive many compliments on how family-friendly the ev
 ent is: Over 1,000 people attend COPPERSTATE’s workshops and forums every y
 ear, and several dozen kids participate in our youth activities, including 
 a wing rib-building workshop.\n\n\nThe annual aircraft judging awards banqu
 et, held on Saturday night of the event, is another crowd-pleaser, attracti
 ng about 100 participants per year.\n\n\nLast (but certainly not least), CO
 PPERSTATE also plays host to about 50 diverse exhibitors. In our "big tent,
 " a pilot or aviation enthusiast can find just about anything they're looki
