 group (AFTW) Stanfield VOR PowerPoint. An opportunity for Flight Students,

  FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) to meet and discuss the revised Stanfield VOR p
 rocedures.\n\n\nMultiple instrument approaches use the Stanfield VOR as the
 ir Initial Approach Fix (IAF), making the area around the VOR more complex 
 and challenging for Intrument Approach Procedure users and pilots transitio
 ning the area. With the increasing number of General Aviation pilots pursui
 ng an Instrument Rating and the increasing number of training flights by fl
 ight schools, there is a need for enhanced general awareness of the Stanfie
 ld VOR area (called "the Stack") and standardization amongst users.\n\n\nSe
