 ottsdale FSDO for providing experts to answer questions from pilots. The se
 minar will begin with a short presentation on Runway Safety by FAASTeam Lea
 d Representative Samir Kanuga. Pilots will write their questions on a card.
  The moderator from the Scottsdale FSDO will read the questions, and the ap
 propriate panel member will give an answer. Panel members from the Tucson T
 ower, TRACON, Flight Service, and the FSDO will give advice to the many que
 stions, such as: "why do we........?" This will be a great time for pilots 
 and controllers to interact and learn from each other.\n\n\nEqual Access In
