 uo;ll be back in Young, at the Pleasant Valley, 24AZ air-strip. If you have
  a big tire plane, we’re working on a special fly over to our ne
 west backcountry airstrip, Buzzard’s Roost, that Saturday morning for
  a preview by for folks that have not been there. Buzzard’s Roost is 
 basically an open hill top suited only for the skilled backcountry pilot wi
 th appropriate air-craft. Landing is up hill from either the north or south
  side of the hill, de-pending on winds, and density altitude, wildlife, roc
 ks, and other debris are all possible. That be-ing said, you can see from t
 he photo below that it is a beautiful place! This view is from the southeas
 t looking north-west towards Payson. The old wind sock pole has been tied t
 o this tree for about 50 years and your APA donated the new wind sock to th
 e USFS who installed it for us last year.\n\n\nAs always expect an incredib
 le dinner at the Antler's for those interested on Friday and Saturday. We w
 ill once again have transportation to and from town. \n\n\nThis will b
 e Veteran's Day weekend, and there's plenty of activities in beautiful Youn
 g for the weekend. We'll have transportation. \n\n\nAs always, if camp
