 AA/VMC Club?\n\n\nThe EAA/VMC Club is modeled after the popu
 lar IMC Club concept which provides organized “hangar flying” focused 
 on building proficiency in instrument flying. The EAA/VMC Club will do
  the same, but for pilots who are not instrument rated and fly primarily un
 der visual flight rules and VMC.\n\n\nWhat is the purpose of EAA/
 VMC Club?\n\n\nAt EAA/VMC Club, our aim is to promote VFR flying, prof
 iciency, and safety.  Along with monthly local meetings, we offer a re
 source-rich website which provides an electronic experience base.\n\n\nOur 
 intent is to create a community of pilots to share information, provide rec
 ognition, foster communications, promote safety and build proficiency in ge
 neral aviation.  EAA/VMC Club offers monthly meetings in which pilots 
 can network and share knowledge and experiences.\n\n\nDo you need to bring 
 anything?\n\n\nFirst, bring your thoughts or story and be willing to share 
 them with the group.  This meeting is very interactive.  Particip
 ation by the group is a fundamental element of the EAA/VMC Club m
 eeting.\n\n\nOthers have found it helpful to bring along a copy of their fl
 ight manual, GPS manual, and charts.  If you navigate with an iPad, br
