 ta Public Works Department, the open house introduces aviation to children 
 and promotes general aviation activities available at the Sierra Vista Muni
 cipal Airport. To date, Sierra Vista EAA Young Eagle pilots have flown more
  than 7,000 children. All flights are conducted by certified pilots in cert
 ificated airplanes, adhere to strict safety guidelines, and comply with ins
 urance policy provisions and other regulations.\n\n\nIn addition to the fli
 ghts, the open house features aircraft displays and great food. There is a 
 pancake breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. It costs $7 for adults and $4 for
