bsp;\nWhat is the EAA/IMC Club? \nEAA provides monthly program resourc
es in the form of actual IMC related scenarios designed to encourage open d
iscussion, and for all participants to answer the question “What would you
do if this happened to you?” \nWhat is the purpose of EAA/IMC Club?\nT
he purpose of EAA Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) Clubs is to pr
omote instrument flying, proficiency, and safety. The intent is to create a
community of pilots willing to share information, provide recognition, fos
ter communications, promote safety, and build proficiency in instrument fly
ing.\nEAA IMC Clubs are extensions to local EAA chapters and offer monthly
IMC program meetings where pilots can network and share knowledge and exper
iences. \nDo you need to bring anything?\nFirst, bring your thoughts o
r story and be willing to share them with the group. This meeting is
very interactive. Participation by the group is a fundamental&nb
sp;element to the EAA/IMC Club meeting.\nOthers have found it helpful to br
ing along a copy of their flight manual, GPS manual, and charts. If y
ou navigate with an iPad, bring it along.\nWho can attend?\nYou don't need
an instrument rating to attend. This meeting is open to all current,
non-current, and future instrument pilots.\nClick here for more information
about EAA IMC Clubs.\nIMC Meeting begins at the conclusion of the VMC meet
ing, approximately 7:30pm, but sometimes a little later. If you are only at
