 riving Friday afternoon and most arriving Saturday Morning. Plan on high de

 retion, we plan an aerial tour of cliff dwellings, canyons, etc.\nSaturday 
 evening at around 6pm, Chuck Freegard of the Pleasant Valley Fire Departmen
 t will be cooking steaks for APA/RAF Guests at $12 per person.\nThe APA and
  RAF will also be installing a shade at the airstrip, and other maintenance
  items, so we’ll take all the help we can get on these activities.\n\n\n\n\
 nFood: \nPlan on hitching a ride to town for dinner with Chuck at the Pleas
 ant Valley Community Center\nAll other meals are on your own. There are cur
 rently fire restrictions in the Tonto National Forest so there are no wood 
 or charcoal fires. \n\n\n\n\nCamping: \nIt’s the perfect time of year to sp
 end the night under the stars with your flying friends!\nComply with Leave

 ld airstrips. As Pilot in Command of your aircraft, it is your responsibili
 ty to determine whether you can safely land and takeoff from this airstrip.
  Crosswinds and high density altitudes are not uncommon in mountainous area
 s such as Pleasant Valley Airstrip.\n\n\n\n\nCancelation:\nIf weather force
