  Raincheck, presented by the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (
 NATCA) and the FAA. This program allows controllers and pilots to interact 
 one-on-one with a short presentation followed by a question and answer sess
 ion. Discussions will include best operating practices, review of Phoenix a
 rea hot spots, Class Bravo transition and general overview of what controll
 ers do at the TRACON and control tower. We will conclude with a tour o

 nternational Airport (exit 149) and drive to parking in Terminal 3 Parking 
 garage. From the Southeast valley, take I-10 to the Hohokam Expressway, AZ-
 143 (Exit 153A) to E. Sky Harbor Blvd (Exit 3B) to the terminal 3 Parking g
 arage. From the East and Northeast valley take AZ-202 to E. Sky Harbor Blvd
  (Exit 5) to the terminal 3 Parking garage. Park in Terminal 3 garage and w
 alk towards Terminal 4. Guard shack is located on the south side of the ter
 minals between terminal 3 and terminal 4. Parking will not be validate
 d, participants will have to pay for parking (see https://www.sky
 harbor.com/parking/parking-rates-directions/). Visitors must be US cit
 izens with valid photo ID. All visitors will go through security screening.
