 scription:The EAA IMC Club provides a "hangar flying" experience organized 
 around instrument flight, in order to promote safety, education, and profic
 iency.\nEvery meeting consists of a scenario presentation and group discuss
 ion about unusual or interesting charts, changed rules and&nbsp;procedures,
  and&nbsp;member experiences. &nbsp;We also have&nbsp;occasional guest spea
 kers.\nThis Month:\nThe scenario we will discuss is titled "Bumpy Ride", an
 d describes an actual flight as follows: Our pilot is faced&nbsp;with deter
 iorating weather conditions after a flight already jostled by increasing wi
 nds and turbulence.\nAdditional Meeting Details:\nThe 1-hour IMC Meeting be
 gins at the conclusion of the VMC&nbsp;meeting approximately 7:30PM, but so
 metimes runs late. If you are only attending the IMC meeting please arrive 
 by 7:30 and find or wait for a seat.\nBring your EFB, your experience, your
  questions, and be ready to participate.\nAll are welcome. You do not need 
 to be an EAA member or instrument&nbsp;rated pilot to attend\nQualifies for

 ?&nbsp;\nEAA provides monthly program resources in the form of actual IMC r
 elated scenarios designed to encourage open discussion, and for all partici
 pants to answer the question “What would you do if this happened to you?”&n
 bsp;\nWhat is the purpose of EAA/IMC Club?\nThe purpose of EAA Instrument M
 eteorological Conditions (IMC) Clubs is to promote instrument flying, profi
 ciency, and safety. The intent is to create a community of pilots willing t
 o share information, provide recognition, foster communications, promote sa
 fety, and build proficiency in instrument flying.\nEAA IMC Clubs are extens
 ions to local EAA chapters and offer monthly IMC program meetings where pil
 ots can network and share knowledge and experiences.&nbsp;\nDo you need to 
 bring anything?\nFirst, bring your thoughts or story and be willing to shar
 e them with the group. &nbsp;This meeting is very interactive. &nbsp;Partic
 ipation by the group is a&nbsp;fundamental&nbsp;element to the EAA/IMC Club
  meeting.\nOthers have found it helpful to bring along a copy of their flig
 ht manual, GPS manual, and charts. &nbsp;If you navigate with an iPad, brin
 g it along.\nWho can attend?\nYou don't need an instrument rating to attend
 . &nbsp;This meeting is open to all current, non-current, and future instru
