p;\nWhat is the EAA/IMC Club? \nEAA provides monthly program resources
in the form of actual IMC related scenarios designed to encourage open dis
cussion, and for all participants to answer the question “What would you do
if this happened to you?” \nWhat is the purpose of EAA/IMC Club?\nThe
purpose of EAA Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) Clubs is to prom
ote instrument flying, proficiency, and safety. The intent is to create a c
ommunity of pilots willing to share information, provide recognition, foste
r communications, promote safety, and build proficiency in instrument flyin
g.\nEAA IMC Clubs are extensions to local EAA chapters and offer monthly IM
C program meetings where pilots can network and share knowledge and experie
nces. \nDo you need to bring anything?\nFirst, bring your thoughts or
story and be willing to share them with the group. This meeting is ve
ry interactive. Participation by the group is a fundamental&nbsp
;element to the EAA/IMC Club meeting.\nOthers have found it helpful to brin
g along a copy of their flight manual, GPS manual, and charts. If you
navigate with an iPad, bring it along.\nWho can attend?\nYou don't need an
instrument rating to attend. This meeting is open to all current, no
n-current, and future instrument pilots.\nClick here for more information a
bout EAA IMC Clubs.\nIMC Meeting begins at the conclusion of the VMC meetin
g, approximately 7:30pm, but sometimes a little later. If you are only atte
nding the IMC portion of the meeting please arrive at 7:30PM and find or wa
it for a seat. The IMC meeting will begin shortly. You are also invited to
