 ion Raincheck, presented by the National Air Traffic Controllers Associatio
 n (NATCA) and the FAA. This program allows controllers and pilots to intera
 ct one-on-one with a short presentation followed by a question and answer s
 ession. Discussions will include best operating practices, review of Phoeni
 x area hot spots, Class Bravo transition and general overview of what contr
 ollers do at the TRACON. We will conclude with a tour of the TRACON and PHX

 TCT/TRACON is located between Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. Look for the big a

 rminal 3, Short Term Parking Garage.\n\n\nFrom the west valley, take I-10 t
 o the exit for Sky Harbor International Airport (exit 149). From the Southe
 ast valley, take I-10 to the Hohokam Expressway, AZ-143 (Exit 153A) to E. S
 ky Harbor Blvd (Exit 3B). From the East and Northeast valley take AZ-202 to
  E. Sky Harbor Blvd (Exit 5). From the Terminal 3 parking garage and walk t
 owards Terminal 4. Guard shack is located on the south side of the terminal
 s between terminal 3 and terminal 4. Parking will not be validated, pa
 rticipants are responsible for finding their own parking.\n\n\nVisitors mus
