  flying" experience organized around instrument flight, in order to promote
  safety, education, and proficiency.\nEvery meeting consists of a scenario 
 presentation and group discussion about unusual or interesting charts, chan
 ged rules and&nbsp;procedures, and&nbsp;member experiences. &nbsp;We also h
 ave&nbsp;occasional guest speakers.\nThis Month: Member Galadad Davis will 
 be presenting the Question of the Month, as well as the scenario provided b
 y the EAA immediately following the VMC presentation.\nThe scenario we will
  discuss is titled "Dark Approach"\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\nAdditional Meeting Deta

 ately 7:30, but sometimes runs late. If you are only attending the IMC meet

 y program resources in the form of actual IMC related scenarios designed to
  encourage open discussion, and for all participants to answer the question
  “What would you do if this happened to you?”&nbsp;\nWhat is the purpose of
  EAA/IMC Club?\nThe purpose of EAA Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IM
 C) Clubs is to promote instrument flying, proficiency, and safety. The inte
 nt is to create a community of pilots willing to share information, provide
  recognition, foster communications, promote safety, and build proficiency 
 in instrument flying.\nEAA IMC Clubs are extensions to local EAA chapters a
 nd offer monthly IMC program meetings where pilots can network and share kn
 owledge and experiences.&nbsp;\nDo you need to bring anything?\nFirst, brin
 g your thoughts or story and be willing to share them with the group. &nbsp
 ;This meeting is very interactive. &nbsp;Participation by the group is a&nb
 sp;fundamental&nbsp;element to the EAA/IMC Club meeting.\nOthers have found
  it helpful to bring along a copy of their flight manual, GPS manual, and c
 harts. &nbsp;If you navigate with an iPad, bring it along.\nWho can attend?
 \nYou don't need an instrument rating to attend. &nbsp;This meeting is open
  to all current, non-current, and future instrument pilots.\nClick here for

 he conclusion of the VMC meeting, approximately 7:30pm, but sometimes a lit
 tle later. If you are only attending the IMC portion of the meeting please 
 arrive at 7:30PM and find or wait for a seat. The IMC meeting will begin sh
 ortly. You are also invited to attend the&nbsp;VMC meeting, however&nbsp;se
 parate registration is required. The VMC meeting begins at 6:30PM. See Link
