 ized around visual flight, in order to promote safety, education, and 
 proficiency.\nEvery meeting consists of a scenario presentation and group d
 iscussion about unusual or interesting charts, changed rules and proce
 dures, and member experiences.  We also have occasional gues
 t speakers.\nThis month's guest Speaker Pimwadee Limsirichai will recount h
 er recent experience with power loss due to carb ice, the conditions u
 nder which it developed, how she detected it and dealt with it, and how to 
 prevent it.\nBring your EFB, your experience, and your questions, and be re
 ady to participate.\nAll are welcome.  You do not need to be an EAA me

  in the form of actual VMC related scenarios designed to encourage open dis
 cussion, and for all participants to answer the question “What would you do
  if this happened to you?” \nWhat is the purpose of EAA/VMC Club?\nThe
  purpose of EAA Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC) Clubs is to promote 
 flying, proficiency, and safety. The intent is to create a community of pil
 ots willing to share information, provide recognition, foster communication
 s, promote safety, and build proficiency in flying.\nEAA VMC Clubs are
  extensions to local EAA chapters and offer monthly VMC program meetings wh
 ere pilots can network and share knowledge and experiences. \nDo you n
 eed to bring anything?\nFirst, bring your thoughts or story and be willing 
 to share them with the group.  This meeting is very interactive. &nbsp
 ;Participation by the group is a fundamental element to the EAA/V
 MC Club meeting.\nOthers have found it helpful to bring along a copy of the
