From the west valley, take the loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway east and exit at Higley Rd. (Exit 21). Turn right and travel past E. McDowell Road to E. Falcon Drive and turn right (1.25 Miles). Parking is on the left in a large lot just past E. Eagle Drive. If coming from the East Valley (AJ, Gold Canyon) take the Loop 202 north and follow it around to the Higley Rd. exit (Exit 21). Turn left and follow the directions above. The entrance is the hanger north of the flight school's operations building.

Fly-ins: PLEASE PARK AT THE TRANSIENT RAMP. Do not park on the CAE ramp. Once parked you can walk to the CAE Maintenance facility.

The FAASTeam would like to thank CAE Aviation Academy for hosting this event and CAMI for providing the PROTE and instruction.

The flight is scheduled in 45 minute increments with five pilots per flight. You must show up at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled flight.

If plans change and you cannot make it, please cancel your reservation for the benefit of others who would like to attend. Any late persons or no shows will be replaced with standby personnel.

Those unable to get a time slot, may come to the event and wait as a standby, but there is no guarantee that you will get a flight.
