Mission:

To  promote general aviation’s use of all 56 of Arizona’s public-use airstrips, airports, airport restaurants, and aviation themed museums.

Scholarship Program Committee

Mission:

To assist young men and women from the Phoenix area in achieving a post-secondary school education. APA awards annual scholarships to help fill the unmet financial need of students pursuing aviation-related education opportunities at accredited colleges, universities, and technical institutions.

The enduring goals of APA's scholarship program are:

• • To promote a wider and deeper respect for learning in general and for exceptionally talented individuals in particular
  • To shine a spotlight on deserving students and encourage the pursuit of academic excellence at all levels of education
