Originally on Feb 9th, but rescheduled for Feb 16th due to weather.
It appears that the weather for next Saturday will be significantly better than last Saturday for our Breakfast Club fly-in to Kearny, AZ (E67). Plan on arriving by 0900 and come-up on 123.45 while in route for our group flight following. As I recall from our last visit, it is better to land on runway 8 (wind permitting) due to rising terrain off the end of 26. When arriving in groups, I would suggest crossing over the departure end of 26 at 500’ above patter altitude and flying an upwind along the south side of the runway. Start a descent to pattern altitude of 2800’ and cross over the arrival end of 26 and then enter the left downwind for runway 8. This will allow for spacing when there are a number of aircraft in the area. The CTAF is 122.95. I will call to reserve the “airport limo.”
