Tentative Schedule:

Friday June 6th

Pilots flying in for aircraft judging, camping, Show Low Days
Aircraft Judging for afternoon (early arrivals - get head start)
Aircraft Static Display such as warbirds, classic, and antique

Saturday June 7th

Aircraft Judging and awards: EAA 586 performs the judging at Copperstate.  Aircraft must be registered before 10:00 AM on Saturday June 7th.  Aircraft judging will be completed by 11:30 AM and awards will be presented at 2:30 PM Saturday June 7th.

Young Eagles with parents/guardians will complete consent form at breakfast and attend
Ground school re: what makes an airplane fly and explanation of controls
Each attendee will receive a ground school certificate
Ground school attendance is required to qualify for free flight on Sunday June 8th

Sunday June 8th

Young Eagle flights – those who attended the ground school on June 7th will:
Attend video re: Young Eagles program and be schooled in cockpit instrumentation
Be taught airplane pre-flight with a static aircraft
Proceed with free flight
De-briefing: complete certificate, log book and explain next step for free Young Eagle Membership
