This program will run from 9 AM to Noon. If you need transportation from the airport, you should arrive at the terminal building no later than 8:30 to allow time to get from the airport to the meeting.
Fly in arrivals: Check NOTAMS & ATIS 134.75; restricted area (R2303) and tower are normally not active on weekends. If active, contact APP - 127.05, follow ATC instructions; otherwise treat as non-tower arrival on CTAF - 124.95. Park on north side of airport in GA Parking. Volunteers will be at terminal to assist you.
