Lots of food and feasting for this special occasion, season finale weekend!!!

Friday night: Camp out under the stars, potluck dinner

Saturday Breakfast: Two types of crustless quiche, fresh mixed fruit, coffee and tea.

Saturday Lunch: Mexican lasagne and a mixed salad (with assortment of dressing - including my now famous mexican citrus vinaigrette - LOL), starting snack of tortillas chips and homemade salsa.

Saturday Night: Hamburgers and condiments. I will provide the buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese... side dishes potluck style. I thought I'd bring something sweet (dessert) for the potluck. Camp under the stars and tell stories around the campfire!

Sunday Breakfast: Croissants and/or bagels, or muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea. Most folks depart by noon.
