Pilot/Controller Forum

A forum among pilots and air traffic controllers (representing PRC ATC Tower and PHX TRACON).

Brief Description:
The pilot/controller forum will include representatives from local flight schools and businesses, the KPRC air traffic control tower, Phoenix TRACON, and FAASTeam. The forum will provide a means to discuss safety concerns as well as to address common errors. All pilots, regardless of experience level, are welcome to attend. Please bring questions and concerns that can be civilly discussed among the attendees. Please register in advance to help us plan an appropriate amount of refreshments!

Directions to Venue:
Please note that this seminar is NOT in the commonly-used ERAU DLC auditorium. This seminar is being conducted in the Student Union, 'The Lower Hangar.' Please reference the directions below; a campus map is also attached to this announcement.

***Entering at Haas Blvd.*** Enter the ERAU campus from Willow Creek Rd., northernmost entrance, on Haas Blvd. At the first four-way intersection, continue on Haas Blvd. and proceed to parking in Lot D or E. The Jack R. Hunt Student Union - Lower Hangar, building 16, is accessible by following the walkway between lots D and E.

***Entering at Dan Carrell Dr.*** Enter the ERAU campus from Willow Creek Rd. at the intersection of Dan Carrell Dr. and Heritage Park Rd. (this is the only entrance with a traffic light). At the round-about, exit at the first opportunity - north on Dobberteen Dr.. Proceed on Dobberteen Dr. until reaching a stop sign, at the intersection with Haas Blvd.. Turn left onto Haas Blvd. and proceed to parking in Lot D or E. The Jack R. Hunt Student Union - Lower Hangar, building 16, is accessible by following the walkway between lots D and E.
