February 22nd Day Trip: Tombstone, Arizona

Tombstone (P29) Arrival time: 8:30 – 9:00am

 


IMPORTANT NOTICE
Currently we are at capacity and not able to accommodate any additional aircraft.  


To those who are thinking of attending but not previously RSVP'd, please know that we wills schedule an additional Tombstone breakfast in the near future.

To those already registered to attend this Saturday's APA day trip to Tombstone, AZ, please be advised that Roy Jones, Tombstone Airport manager has notified us of 2 important changes:

1) FUEL:  There will be NO 100LL fuel available this Saturday.  Roy indicated that unforeseen issues will cause 100LL to be UNAVAILABLE.

2) PARKING:  Due to the large number of aircraft planning to attend this event,  parking will be limited.  Over 30 aircraft have RSVP'd which will exceed the paved tarmac capacity.  As shown in the photo below,  there will be additional parking in the dirt along the taxiway.  Roy said parking on the tarmac may get congested, so plan accordingly.  If your aircraft has a tow bar, consider bringing it.
