By Fred Gibbs   First off, I would like to wish you all happy holidays and an early Merry Christmas. Here we are, December of 2023, and another year has gone by. According to the NTSB CAROL report, there have been no new fatal accidents in Arizona since last month’s report, a good sign. Fortunately, 2023 has been a kind year regarding our state-wide safety
By Fred Gibbs   As you all know, time waits for no man or woman. It seems like it is slowly catching up with me. Greetings, This is always an exciting and busy time of year for the APA Scholarship Committee! We closed the 2023 APA scholarship cycle at the end of October and had another great turnout with 42 applications being submitted. This is about the same number submitted in 2022 (43 applications) but we have seen steady growth in the number of applications since 2020. Although we
